The coverage noted that the court said Do Kown and others appeared to have violated the country’s capital markets laws and should participate in the investigations.
Prosecutors told that Do Kown dissolved the company’s South Korea subsidiary in April and moved to Singapore.
In May, Do Kown family members and the company’s chief financial officers also traveled to Singapore.
Since the news of the arrest warrant against Do Kown was announced on September 14, the price of LUNA has fallen more than 40% from $4.36 on September 14 to $2.60 today, September 19.
